Replacement Policy (Only for Defective or Damaged Products)

We offer replacement only if the product delivered to you is:

  • Damaged,

  • Defective, or

  • Incorrect (wrong item delivered).

If you receive a defective or wrong product, you must inform us within 7 days of delivery.

How to Request a Replacement

To process your replacement, please provide:

  • Order ID

  • Product photos/video showing the defect/damage

  • Unboxing video (recommended for smooth approval)

  • Send details to:

    Your Customer Care Number

    Once verified, we will ship a replacement at no extra cost.

No Return / No Refund Policy

  • We do not accept returns of any products.
  • We also do not provide refunds under any circumstances.
  • Replacement is applicable only for defective, damaged, or wrong items.

Conditions for Replacement

  • Request must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Product must be unused and in its original packaging.

  • Product damage due to customer handling is not eligible.
